Are you interested in working within the community? Our client is looking for Registered Nurses currently working or interested in the community nursing. Being a significant provider of community nursing services throughout Sydney they value their staff. With ongoing training and support you can continue to develop both your clinical skills and knowledge. You should have a passion for providing a quality service to those you provide care to. Duties within your role will include: Wound Care Medication management Liaising with families and the Allied Health team Providing guidance and support for your clients To be considered for this role you must have • Registration with AHPRA • Have a minimum 12 months post graduate experience • Be a competent decision maker • Have excellent clinical, organisational and decision making skills •Driver’s licence, car, mobile phone and internet access Sponsorship not available.
